      Recently,fog and haze has become a imminent threat which most northerners in China are facing.While the cities of China have greeted striking speed of development with open arms,they suffer greatly from a persistent and dense haze of pollution and smog.It is high time that we took some methods to protect the environment and ourselves.

        Generally speaking,there are three effective ways.First of all,the government should take into serious consideration the emergency and severity of the air pollution,and take measure to

deal with it.Such as more public transportation systems should be put in use,more energy-saving resources should be utilized.What’s more,every little effort from inpiduals counts.The citizens should contribute to the reduction of pollution by driving less.Last but not least,try to reduce the time of outdoor activities,especially when the air quality is not good enough.

        But E-books just like a two-edge-knife ,it has some disadvantages.First of all,reading on digital devices can lead to distractions,which will reduce immersive reading time and nagatively affect reading quality.What’s more,the inconvenience of making notes make it impossible for readers to achieve critical understanding as well as deep thinking.

        According to the previous discussions,we can come to the conclusion that much attention should be given to students’ choice.On its own,digital book is neither good or nor bad;it depend on how students use it.

There is a silver lining and be positive and hopeful in times of darkness.Here I can think of no better illustration of the proverb than the stories of some famous people,such as the story of the famous inventor Edison,who argued that genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration.As we all know,Edison invented the light bulb.All things are difficult before they become easy.So it follows that whatever we do,we will inevitably encounter difficulties and frustration,even setbacks.What’s more,in time of this inevitable darkness,it is fruitless to curse or complain;rather be positive and to get ready for the sunshine.Positive thinking will let us do everything better than negative thinking do.When light comes with opportunity,a positive attitude is a catalyst and it sparks extraordinary results.  In conclusion,I think we should always keep the three words “Never Give Up” in mind, keep a positive thinking and silver lining will be the best assurance all though.We should try our best to pursue our dreams.

      Helping others has always been a traditional Chinese culture.But nowadays it is strange that people dare not give their helping hands to those in need.We've all heard story.An allegory goes that in hell,people are emaciated around the table because the spoon is so long and everyone s just concerned with feeding themselves while in heaven with the same kind of spoon,people are full and happy because they feed each other.

          This story is quite thought-provoking.It focus us to rethink our degrading moral sense and whether we should always help others.Though helping others,people tend to have higher mental well-being and happiness,which not only improves physical health but also facilitates personal growth and development.Apart from that,when you help other people get what they want, they will be more willing to help you.It is more likely to establish a harmonious interpersonal relationship and help create a good social climate.

          All in all,helping people in need should be advocated since it is always consider as a traditional virtue.Helping others is very often the best way to help yourself.No matter what the motivation is,donating time and energy to others can take you out of yourself.
