        按照公司目前的人员配置,社会人力资源严重缺乏的窘境,并适时调整相关部门人员编制,将通过网络招聘、社会招聘、校园招聘、街贴、他人介绍等多种渠道,广纳贤士,针对岗位所缺职位进行选聘。并改善员工生活环境和福利,加强新员工思想教育,调动员工的工作积极性,使之全身心投入到工作中来。同时,进一步完善人力资源管理制度,使人才队伍建设逐步趋于正规。
